PSOL aciona Justiça após deputada do PL mudar autodeclaração racial novamente

A Bancada Feminista do PSOL acionou a Justiça Eleitoral com um pedido de impugnação do registro de candidatura da deputada estadual Fabiana Bolsonaro (PL-SP). A iniciativa visa coibir possíveis fraudes e garantir a integridade das políticas de ações afirmativas, apontando uma provável falsidade ideológica eleitoral devido às constantes mudanças na autodeclaração racial da parlamentar.

De acordo com a representação, Fabiana declarou-se branca nas eleições de 2020, parda no pleito de 2022 e, agora, voltou a se registrar como branca. O PSOL sustenta que a conduta compromete a igualdade de condições na disputa e exige que a deputada devolva R$ 1.593,33 recebidos em 2022 do Fundo Especial de Financiamento de Campanha, verba pública que era destinada especificamente para o fomento de candidaturas negras.

A defesa da deputada informou que ainda não foi intimada oficialmente, mas que apresentará sua manifestação no processo. O histórico da parlamentar já acumula episódios de desrespeito às pautas de direitos humanos. Em março, Fabiana foi denunciada por realizar blackface e acusada de transfobia na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo (Alesp), ao pintar o rosto com maquiagem escura para ironizar a eleição da deputada federal Erika Hilton (PSOL-SP) à presidência de uma comissão na Câmara.

Além da ação sobre a autodeclaração, Fabiana — cujo nome civil é Fabiana de Lima Barroso Souza — é alvo de outra impugnação, proposta pela Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral do Ministério Público Federal. O órgão contesta o uso político do sobrenome “Bolsonaro” na candidatura, uma vez que a deputada não possui nenhum vínculo familiar com o ex-presidente e a prática pode induzir o eleitor ao erro.
